Donations & Membership Dues – Terms and Conditions

Donations

Donations to St. Marys Snowmobile Association are voluntary and support the club’s mission, including trail maintenance, grooming, safety efforts, events, and general operating expenses.

All donations are non-refundable, except where required by law or approved by the club’s officers in special circumstances.

 

Membership Dues

Membership dues are paid on an annual basis and help fund the ongoing operations of the club. Payment of dues does not guarantee participation in all club activities or events and does not transfer ownership or voting rights beyond those outlined in the club’s bylaws.

Membership dues are non-refundable once paid, unless otherwise determined by the club’s leadership.

Tax Information

St. Marys Snowmobile Association is a club/association organized in the United States. Donations and dues may not be tax-deductible, depending on the donor or member’s individual tax situation and the club’s tax status. Please consult a tax professional for guidance.

Use of Funds

All funds collected through donations and membership dues are used at the discretion of the club’s officers in accordance with the club’s mission and bylaws.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers (such as Wix Payments, Stripe, or PayPal). St. Marys Snowmobile Association does not store full credit or debit card information.

Injury - Death clause

I, the undersigned, waive all rights from accident or injury while riding on trails, or participating in any activities involving the St. Marys Snowmobile Association, local snowmobile clubs, private landowners, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, or individual townships of Pennsylvania. I fully understand that the sport of snowmobiling involves risk of accident or even death. I will obey federal, state and local laws and regulations as well as the snowmobile code of ethics. I verify that I am at least 18 years of age. My donation is valid from April 1 of the year that it is purchased through March 31 of the following year. St. Marys Snowmobile Association is not responsible for any fines, processing fees, or overdraft fees and the club is not responsible if the snowmobile is used illegally be used illegally on a vehicle that is not permitted. All club members snowmobiles must be registered with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or reciprocal states and have Liability Insurance.
